AIDS/LifeCycle Finish Line Festival

AIDS/LifeCycle Finish Line Festival is the culmination of a 7-day, 545-mile fundraising bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The organization moved their Finish Line Festival to a new location at the beach in Santa Monica, and brought in CG Events to develop logistics & event plans for the event. We managed all permitting and site requirements, working in close collaboration with the City of Santa Monica & event teams from the Los Angeles LGBT Center to bring this annual event to life.
