CG Events produces events of all shapes and sizes. Many of our events are found outdoors, in some public space, where communities gather to take collective action. We love heavy logistics and big moving pieces. Think festivals, endurance and fundraising events, parties, demonstrations, etc.
Our work indoors takes us to live events, galas, conferences, and more. We love building out bold beautiful spaces and creating programming that is compelling & engaging.
Our approach is pretty straightforward. To start we meet with you to understand how best we may support your goals and provide the best service to you for what you're looking for. From there, we build a proposal that includes costs, timelines, and other details that are specific to your project. From there, it's a collaborative effort to bring the project to life.
As events of different size and scope vary, so do event budgets! We have worked on events of all different shapes and sizes, and so we have also worked with budgets of varying size. Our typical range is between $15k to $5 million.
Let's discuss the nuances of compensation for professional services in the proposal process! We believe in being forthright and transparent about event budget expenses. Professional services fees are included as a visible line item in the event budget, which is presented in the proposal.
